ae77 Terms and Conditions

1 General Principles

These terms and conditions apply to all services, games, and promotional activities provided through the ae77 platform. By accessing the platform or opening an account, you are considered to have read and agreed to these terms in full.

ae77 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms by the member. For significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact details.

These terms and conditions are written in English. In the event of any dispute arising from a translation into another language, the English version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years of age to open an account and use ae77's services. ae77 may request identity documents or other proof to verify age at the time of registration. If an underage account is found, it will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account

Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same identity, mobile number, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all related accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension. If any details change, the member is responsible for informing ae77 Support.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with others or allowing others to use the account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact ae77 Support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ae77 may request documents to verify a member's identity, age, and payment details at any time. Until this process is completed, deposits, withdrawals, or other activities may be temporarily restricted. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, the account may be suspended.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account shows no activity for an extended period, ae77 may mark it as inactive. ae77 follows a separate policy for inactive accounts — please contact Support for details.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

ae77 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. ae77 reserves the right to add new methods or modify existing ones as needed.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. If all verifications are complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Payment Verification

To request a withdrawal, the member's account identity verification (KYC) must be completed. It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. Payments through third parties are not accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ae77 offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200 — before withdrawing the bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

Bonuses may only be used in the games and betting sections designated by ae77. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met. If a member is found to be misusing the bonus system, the relevant bonus may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ae77's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses), Silver (0.8%), Gold (1.1%), and Platinum (1.5%). Cashback is based on the week's net losses. 6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game and Betting Rules

ae77 offers various games and betting options including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and cricket. Each game has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game itself. If a dispute arises over a game result due to a technical error, the decision of ae77 management shall be final.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Separate bet limits apply to each game or market. ae77 reserves the right to change or reject bet limits on certain markets or games, or to set limits for specific accounts. Abnormal returns generated due to technical errors may be voided by ae77.

6.3 Betting Disputes

If a dispute arises over a game or betting result, the member must submit a complaint to Support within 72 hours of the result being announced. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ae77 platform:

• Using computer programs, bots, or automated tools to place bets or play games
• Opening multiple accounts to improperly exploit bonus benefits
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Operating an account in another person's name or transferring an account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward other members or staff
• Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of the system

If any of the above violations are proven, ae77 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance. Relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

8 Responsible Gaming

ae77 believes that gambling or betting should always remain a form of entertainment — never a means of income. In accordance with the Responsible Gaming Policy, ae77 allows members to set their own betting limits, take breaks, and use the self-exclusion option when needed.

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to use any ae77 service. Members may use parental control software on their devices to prevent access by minors.

9 Personal Data and Privacy

Members' personal data is not sold to third parties. However, data may be shared with trusted partners or authorities when required for legal obligations, identity verification, or payment processing.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by ae77

ae77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or incomplete identity information
• Suspicious financial activity or concern of money laundering
• Failure to submit identity verification documents
• Court order or legal obligation

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closure. After the account is closed, ae77 may retain necessary data for a specified period as required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

ae77 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. ae77 does not accept any liability or offer compensation for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party software issues
• Account information being disclosed to a third party due to the member's own negligence
• Financial losses resulting from the member's own decisions
• Unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government decisions, etc.) that disrupt services

12 Changes to Terms

ae77 reserves the right to change, amend, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. The date of any change will be noted at the top of the page under "Last Updated". Members will be notified in advance of significant changes through their registered contact details.
